My name is Angel. I’m passionate about fitness and get pleasure in helping people like you develop and succeed in your fitness goals. My Story

At the age of 21, I embarked on a journey from Venezuela to the United States, driven by my passion for advanced sports training. My entry into the world of bodybuilding competitions commenced in 2014, where I not only participated but also achieved first place and an overall victory in the Men’s Physique category at the Miami Bodybuilding Championships. Over the years, I’ve consistently secured top five positions in numerous bodybuilding contests across the United States.

Throughout my journey, I’ve been fortunate to train alongside renowned American fitness, bodybuilding, posing and nutrition experts. This exposure led me to pursue a certification as an ISSA fitness trainer, enhancing my ability to share my knowledge with others. In 2015, I made the move to Dallas to train under the guidance of League of Steel coaches, Hernan Steel and IFBB Professional Holly Chambliss.

My Experience

I have had the opportunity to train with several well-known American fitness, bodybuilding, posing and nutrition coaches, finally deciding to become qualified as a certified ISSA fitness trainer myself. In 2015 I relocated to Dallas to train with League of Steel coaches Hernan Steel and Holly Chambliss. In 2017 I expanded my brand to NYC where I successfully obtained certification from the American Academy of Personal Training and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM, CPT, MMACS, PES).

Expanding my reach in 2017, I established my presence in NYC, obtaining elite certifications from the American Academy of Personal Training and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM, CPT, MMACS and PES). 

Over the past three years, my fitness journey has evolved to encompass Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and grappling. This transformation has illuminated the intricate capabilities of my body, imparting valuable skills such as fall prevention, enhanced mobility, cardiovascular training and more. By merging my weight training regimen with these movements and strength workouts, I’ve achieved a seamless integration that remarkably enriches my performance in this sport, my understanding of human anatomy and my ability to assess and train my clients.
